I returned from my early Feb trip about a week and a half ago, eager to download and post my photo pass photos. Frustrated by the cost increase, we were determined to get our money's worth and made sure to take LOTS of pictures on the three days we intended to purchase.
But I returned home and it wasn't letting me purchase the pictures! I tried everything, phone and computer and work computer (PC vs Mac) and couldn't get it to work. I called Disney twice and got a lot of non-information and they finally just put a "ticket in" and said they were very aware of the problem.
Feeling extra frustrated because I wasn't able to get my pictures and had to wait, I was prepping a complaint email when last night I got an email from Disney saying my pictures were ready.
And I went to pay for them, only to find no option to pay - just option to download! for FREE!
I'm not sure if it's a glitch in the website (wouldn't be surprised) or some kind of amends for the delay, but whatever it is I'm happy! Saved $120!
