Free parking for annual pass holders.

My mom and her hubby just bought annual passes because they live in FL and have a few different relatives coming to visit this year, including my family. I was wondering if they can each park a car for free with their annual pass? We don't have room to fit everyone in one car.

One pass will get one car in. And they do ask for id sometimes also.

They both have annual passes. So, can they each park a car? Say, she gets there at rope drop and he gets there after work?

Or does Disney consider the passes for a family, so only one car?

Each person can park a car. it does not go by family but by individual.

Does the pass holder have to be driving?

I don't expect the Pass holder has to be driving but I would guess they have to be in the car. Disney is not making (much of) their money in the parking lot as much as they are in the parks. Probably why it's so easy for them to give "Discounts" in this area. If people can't get into the park easily enough, then they don't go to the parks and spend their money.
