Free parking at DD?

If we park at DD, spend 2 hrs shopping, then 2 hrs at Trader Sams/ or more shopping after and are within the 4 hr validation period, would we still get free parking? How does that work when you eat at the restaurants?

Trader Sam's doesn't validate for DTD. If you stay for 4 hours you'd have to pay for the 2 additional hours.

You can get the additional 2 hours by either seeing a movie at the AMC or eating at one of the TS in DTD.

Well I was hoping we'd get the validation by going to Trader Sam's if we went over the two hour mark but I'm a shopaholic and could easily spend 2 hours in World of Disney alone!

World of Disney is at least an hour for my family.... Vault 28... Wunderground... Building a bear or a car can easily take an hour. Sunglass Hut. Two hours of shopping/browsing is *nothing* for our family at DTD!

Ha, ditto! We easily spent over 4 hours there a couple weeks ago, just wandering around. I'm pretty sure we were in the lego store for close to an hour, and same with world of Disney.

I could not spend 2 hours shopping either. 30 minutes at World of Disney ONLY if I'm looking for something specific.
