Free on your birthday deal ?

While we are in Orlando my cousin will be celebrating her birthday. Ive signed her up for the free admission. But haven't heard anything in regards to it, not even a confirmation email.

Can anyone shed some light on this please ??

I think that you were supposed to have printed out the message at the end of the registration process. You take that message with you and the identifcation to buy your tickets.

That's true and you also get an email confirmation sent as well....something must have gone wrong during the registration process

It sounds like your registration may not have fully completed. You could try registering again and see if it will allow you. You don't need to preregister though...it is just a convenience thing...it will speed up the process at the will call window if you have it. You can just walk up and get the deal too. Either way you will have to show valid ID (even with the preregistration ticket)

I printed out the reservation but I never rec'd an e-mail...my DD's birthday is March 13 and we leave on mar 10.....
