FREE Must Have Documents Suze Orman - Will, DPOA, etc

Haven't seen this posted yet but Suze Orman has stated that she would like for all of her viewers to get their "must-have" documents in place before the end of September - such as a will, revocable living trust, durable power of attorney, and advanced medical directives.

I have just finished registering and haven't taken a look at all the materials yet, but I figured if nothing else it is a good place to start. I believe the code is good through the 13th.

Suze gets on my nerves a bit sometimes, but she has grown on me just a little over the past year or so.

If you use the forms, just be sure to have the reviewed by an attorney where you live to make sure that they comply with all of your state's law and are, in fact, legal.

I work in a law office and you'd be surprised at how many people have used the "do it yourself kits" that are sold on-line that don't comply with our state's laws.

Since I used to have to deal with people who weren't aware of this... Power of Attorney expires at death. Surprising how many people are unaware of that.

You need to click thru the link in the "Remembering September 11" tab on her homepage. Sometimes the server is busy but they've extended the offer for the entire week to allow for the high demand. I got in early this morning and created an account.
