This may have been posted previously but if you go to the Virtual Magic Kingdom site and click on he E.E. link. There is a game that you an down load and play. You do not have to be a VMK member, it is not even a part of VMK really, it is easy to play, it was filmed inside E.E. and after you play all three parts it gives you a certificate to print out to get 1 free 5X7 that they take while you are riding E.E. the certificate is good until end of September.

You do not have to go through VMK to get there, just go to www.disneyeverest.com and click on "Play Yeti Vision" at the top left. It's fun to play (especially with teenage assistance!). I had trouble downloading the prize certificate, but I emailed online guest services, and they sent a very nice email that instructed me how to do it. Have fun ~

I want to play to get the certificate (I love ride photos), but I don't want any spoilers as I have not been on the ride yet! The game says it has pictures of inside the ride - guess I won't be playing.

I would love to be able to get one of these as well and am having problems too. I've gotten to the point of it even being downloaded with the icon on my desktop but every time I click on it to play the game it brings up a blank white screen for just a few seconds and then goes away immediately. No matter what I do I can't even get to play the game. We would love to play it but have been trying for over a week. If anyone can help us to where we can play the game ourselves or play it for us so we can get the certificate we would be ever grateful!! Thanks!! If you have any help you can pm me.

I think you can only get the certificate once. After that you're playing it for fun and/or additional VMK stuff. And yes, it can be quite a challenge to get it to download on your computer even with a high speed connection.

I have the exact same thing. I have unistalled and redownloaded multiple times. It completes the instalation and then when you try to open the yeti vision link (either on the desk top, or through the programs) it will open a box for 2secs and then disappear. I have a high speed connection, I turned off my pop-up blocker, and my virus scanner, and used IE instead of AOL, but can't figure out what is wrong. Can anyone help?

I couldn't get it to work, but it looked like it wasn't available for Macs from the message I rec'd. Anyone know if that's right or if perhaps I got an error message with an error? lol

Same thing happened to me! Can't get the coupon to come up so I can print it. If anyone can help, please let me know what I can do.

Me too. I won the prize. It said a new browser window would open. Then I get an error message saying AOL cannot open this file as it is too large. There was no option to open w/another program. So it took me right back to the game, which now thinks I already won a certificate that I don't have!

I had to download it twice, the first time I started playing and then I got a black screen so I gave up. I downloaded it a couple of days later and it worked.

When I finished it said the same thing about opening in another window, I thought I lost it but when I clicked the game off it was there

I can try to play again and see what happens.
