Free Ears

I was at a conference this weekend for CAA employees... and we all got the Year of a Million Dreams ears. They lit up. There was about 750 of us... Just thought I'd share. I guess that was my bit of magic!

That was nice of your planner - they retail for $14.95 and are everywhere at the parks. Great for evening fireworks and parades. The YOAMD ears that are actually slightly different - they are silver and blue and do not light up - just your face lights up when you get told "you're one in a million". You'll have to go to the parks and find the dream team for those ones!

We got free ears also but it was for a different reason. Ordered the dvd online and waited and waited and waited for it. It finally came but there was one little problem. It was all in french and no one in our house speaks it (luckily we have friends who are bilingual who could use it.) Seeing as you're only allowed one per year I emailed Disney and told them they sent a french one and could they please send the english one. Not expecting it, but hoping it would arrive in a month or so from the email I more or less forgot about it. 2 days later I come home, dw tells me Disney called and apologized for the mix up and could they send us the proper dvd and 2 flashing mouse ears to make up for the delay. They sent it UPS and it arrived the next day. Nice little bonus.
