Does anyone know if I already have apackage at poly 9/26-9/30 can I add the free dining?

There is no way to know for sure. The dates certainly apply. But it will depend on whether the package is sold out or not at the Poly. Just call and ask and they will tell you.

I think I remember reading in the AllEars newsletter this week that you could add the free dining to existing reservations. I definately think you should call to find out.
