free dining question

we are renting a villa from a dvc member next month for Jan 2013.
if Disney decides to offer a free dining promotion in Sept would we be eligible for it?

Not on points Free dining offers apply when you pay full cash price for a room.

DVC reservations are never eligible for free dining. There's only one type of reservation you can get that with - a full price room package with at least 2-day tickets. There aren't any exceptions.
