Free Dining Question

Hello Everyone!!

My family and myself are hoping to visit WDW in January or February of 2012. I prefer to go at a time where they are offering free dining. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how often in the past free dining was offered at that time of year?? Any help or comments would be greatly appreicated. Thanks in advance!

Mousesavers has a page that lists the historical discounts, when they were for, and when they were released.

Other than this year, I can't think of any time they offered free dining as a general public offer in January/February timeframes. Traditionally it was an August/September offer.
