Free Dining Plan???

Sorry if this is a repeat question. I'm new here and haven't learned to navigate the board as well as I'd like to.

I know last fall Disney did the free dining plan. Have there been any rumors or talk of this being done again? I want to plan a trip, but don't want to do it if a week from now they will be offering free dining.
