What will they offer after that? My trip will be in the middle of November 15th. Would I need to book by then? Or by the end of my trip? Or will there be another offer?

If you want the free dining, you would need to book by November 15. You must be on your trip to do it, I did mine the first night I was there just to get it out of the way. After that, they will likely move back to room discounts and perhaps stay/play/dine for various dates in the year.

Imagine though the relief around next April/May when everyone is going insane waiting for the public free dining offer. We can all just sit back and enjoy our free dining, book our ADR's, and count the days til our trip.

Hey all! Yay! We had some reprieve from the rain yesterday, but no sun. Rain all day today. Loved the wear your bathing suits comment, Xipotec. That was our mind set the first day, but the temps are mid 70's and when your soaked to the core...that hypothermia thing sets in. Supposed to be nice and sunny next 2 days!!!

For those who haven't seen the thread on here. A couple of discounts dropping on October 8. It basically mirrors the PIN codes that were issued back in July. Dates covered from January 5-April 12 and all that jazz. Also should be a stay/play/dine in there too. You can look up the thread if you like.

I wouldn't worry about jammed up phone lines. These discounts are much slower to book. Nothing is as bad as the last two free dining releases, the phones were off the charts.

Dave and I have both been at Disney so a bit out of the loop if ya know what I mean....quite literally the only time in my life I turn my phone off and leave it in the room.

At any rate. I hope you all get bouncebacks booked for next year and we will all be covered. Remember, you can book a bounceback even if you are not given an offer at checkin or in your room...just call 8844 and tell them you want either free dining or a room discount and the dates vary depending on which you want.

Ok....I have 30 days left....and I think I'm having the pre vacation panic attacks. We booked everything such a long time ago that I have the irrational fear of everything disappearing. Like we won't be on the flight manifest and our reservations with disney won't be there. The rational side of me KNOWS everything is fine. Ive done online check in with POP. I've already received my MM. My MBs are customized. The cutoff for them is today. So hopefully ill get them soon. I'm waiting for my PP+ paperwork to show up yet. I have everything that I could print out printed just for backup. I don't like the fact that my airline tickets are digital. The last time i flew was about 11 yrs ago and I had physical tickets in my hands long before I left. Now I just do online check in the night before. Somebody tell me I'm not the only one that feels this!!!!

Perfectly normal panic. Lol. But everything will be fine!!

I've rented from Davids DVC 3 times. Always a good experience. He and his team are very professional. Only downside is you can't cancel or change dates. For popular resorts you have to book months in advance. I know some people rent from individuals but I'm not comfortable with that.

Hilton Honors promotion to be released on October 7. Earn regular points (no bonuses) for one night stays, double points for stays of two nights, triple points for stays of three nights, and quadruple points for stays of four nights or longer.

Not a bad deal if you stay at these properties and a good way to rack up lots of points quickly.

WOW! Just WOW! I did that once but it was when the ride stopped for a wheelchair load/unload. It's been so long I've forgotten where all the 100K targets are.

True. So true. I most certainly never want to relive this past summer, forever to be remembered as The Summer of Waiting for Pin Codes. And then the whole Disney Visa offer not being made as it "was supposed to".
But then again, we all would not have had all that wonderful bonding time.

I'm still bitter than my twin sister got a pin code and I did not. And she didn't use hers.
Oh it was exciting all right. Way too stressful for me! I'm pretty sure you didn't fall though, and you were kicked out of your seat.
Whatever they do, I'm sure they will keep us all guessing!
