When do you check in? We check in Oct. 5th. I'm on hold with tech support again. She is trying to help me with the fastpass issue now that I got magic bands. I forget her exact words, but it sounds like they are opening it up a little at a time...like some weeks/days at a time. So, I am wondering if you are checking in later than us maybe yours will be able to customize soon...maybe keep trying it daily? ...Ok...CM just came back and told me she definitely can't link my tix, so I can't do fastpass+ now. She said I'll be able to once I trade in my voucher at will call. ....which, again (grrrr) is different than the CM told me earlier tonight. The CM I just got off the phone with said she absolutely knows I will be able to after check in bc she did it herself at 3:00 am during her recent stay.
OAN, in case anyone else needs to know....When you customize the bands, click the done button. When the system accepts that click, it will almost overnight the bands to you (the CM just told me...and she seemed to know what she was talking about). My done button keeps showing up and won't go away when I click it. She is the one who noticed that when she logged in as me. She said to get back on the computer tomorrow, or in a few days, and hit that done button again to get the system to accept it. That acceptance is what will initiate the shipping. SOOO..make sure you get that done button to go away.
