You can reserve BOG for lunch? I know you can make ADR for dinner (which we were lucky enough to actually be able to do!), but I didn't think you could do that for lunch as it's considered QS.

You can check in as early as 6am on your check in day. You don't have to wait until official check in time. If your room isn't ready when you check in, they can text you when it is ready, and you will get your tickets and dining credits immediately at check in whether your room is ready or not.There is a spot to put your cell number in during the online check in process. Also, I assume they meant picking up tickets using "early ticket pick up", which is 1-3 days prior to your check in date. We always do online check in, and we always arrive around 1pm.

I read that too but here's my thought on that. We all get awesome CM'S and then there are the "other" CM's. I've read more people say that they were told to just keep looking for the colors. I also just read one a minute ago that said IT told them if they don't see it between now and a week before the customization deadline then to call IT back. I just think its more likely.that one day it will just become available. Here's the thing...

Usually when people are talking about picking up their tickets early, they are talking about doing a split stay and wanting to pick up their tickets before the 2nd part of the split stay check in date. I would think that you'd be able to get your tickets when you get there. You should also be able to "check-in" before 4pm, but they might not have a room ready for you yet. They will, however, hold your luggage for you & [usually] have it waiting for you in your room when you get back to the hotel. Good luck - I know you'll have a wonderful time - woohoo for 1st trip to see The Mouse!!

I believe they were referring to if you were arriving a whole day or more early (like for a split stay). Everything as far as park tickets, dining plan are usually ready for use around 6 am of the day you are scheduled to check in.

It's still just working out the kinks IMO. Being patient and letting the kinks get worked out...well that's a whole other discussion but I'm not till November so I've got no other option (besides obsessing). Lol!

I agree. "Technically" you are suppose to wait for your email invite 18 days prior to your arrival to customize, so I'm being patient on this one. I just hope we get colors.

18 days prior to arrival for the email invite? Never got the email invite, but the MBs arrived this week (Wed or Thurs) & as of today, we still have 20 days before our arrival.

Yeah, I'd read that too but I believe that it's an IT thing at this point. Why in the world would they not let us have colored bands? I think that CM just didn't know what they were talking about The IT CM's are great, they fixed my MDE when it went Kablooey in a few minutes, so I believe them way more than one of the regular phone CM's. So I totally agree with you. Hope they come up soon

I'm kinda bummed because I read on some of the threads that purple wasn't an option for them even though we've all seen that purple is supposed to be offered. I have two dd's. Was hoping they'd each get their "favorite" color. :-(.
