What is the correct number for tech support? Or just call the general line and ask for them? Thanks for the help

Also has anyone gotten a refund from their cancelled 2nd res yet?? Or does it really take the 1 to 2 billing cycles the tell you?? Thanks

Tech Support phone number is (407) 939-7765. I cancelled and rebooked through Travelocity. The refund showed up on my card in about a week...cancelled late Friday evening, refund was on card the following Thursday or Friday (I forget...but I know it was one of those two days....checked my statement online and saw it). Good luck!

Good to know it's just a glitch, albeit a kind of frustrating one. Wonder when they are going to have it running smoothly? I know it's a minor cog in the Disney machine but it kind of reflects poorly on their system as a whole. I think they rush their innovations too much.

That's what I was thinking, too. I mean, it's Disney! I thought they're supposed to be ahead of technology innovations. I would think they would work out all the kinks before they put it out there for everyone to use.

Honestly not much. He was calling just to give me FD-which I never asked for. But Im definitely thankful for!!! I told him I was just upset with the way he handled things and thought someone needed to know about it. He confirmed the CM's name with me and said he would be in touch with his leader. Super super nice guy! I did have to pay the ticket price increase, but I'm not complaining! It was only $72 anyway.
 
I have to ask but is anyone here going to try to pick up there tickets early? Iv been a little bit worried about this with the rollout of the magic bands. I like the idea of the band's but i really need to pick up my tickets one day early and I hope the band's won't screw things up.
 
Do you guys do online check at your 60 days?? I want to, but idk should I wait?? I just want to customize the magic bands!

Possibly could be a little farther out. I am at day 33 and I had the pop up for FP and MB's last week. They also give you a time limit. I had to have my MB's customized by August 22, otherwise they were going to send all gray ones without names.:goodvibes

Are there only solid colors or are there designs?
 
Solids in pink, blue, orange, red, yellow, green, gray and they will put your name on them. No purple:sad1: but they have totally cute accessories to attach to your bands.:thumbsup2

I showed my son a pic of the colors, he wants pink! Ugh, I want pink dang it!! Lol

Yes, I'm pretty sure I know exactly which colors my family will want. DH blue, DS7 yellow, DS 6 red, DD4 pink. Not liking my leftovers...they need purple.
