Are bounce back offers similar to pins in the way that they can be edited? For example, if we book a BB offer in November for August.... as long as we are longer than 45 days out, could the dates be changed if need be?

Thank you! So I guess free dining bounceback is for people going earlier in the fall and a room discount for people in December?

Last year the offer changed while I was there, the FD BB for 2013 ended on Nov 30 and the RO BB for 2013 came out on Dec1

Yes, but your new dates would have to fall within the original offer period and have availability under the offer. You will have to be transferred to guest services to alter a bounceback. Regular phone CMs typically can't access the bounceback offer.

Question: can you book for the last day of the BB offer, but stay for another week? Just like the regular FD package?

And I apologize if this has been asked before! :)

Thank you!!!

Sorry - wrong quote. :)

Oooo, another question:

What if there isn't an offer at our resort? We will be at the CSR November 14th. Can we inquire about other resorts at that time? (heck, I'd do when we check in)

Thank you!!

Yep, when you preorder the Photopass Plus here...

http://www.disneyphotopass.com/specialoffers/wdwppp.htm

they will mail you a stock CD of about 400 photos of characters, resorts, parks, etc. There will be a voucher on the outside of that CD that you take to WDW and exchange for your PP+ card and lanyard. You use that card to get photos taken throughout the parks, and when you get home, you enter the card numbers of any Photopass cards you get (they have separate cards for things like the Pirate Tutorial show, Enchanted Tales with Belle, etc) and once you enter the numbers you will have 30 days to edit your photos and then order your Photopass CD with all of your originals and edits. It comes in the mail a week or so later. Very easy to do, and well worth the price, IMO. Here is a good source for PP+ info...

To add to what the ALWAYS helpful smitch said, when you go to order your CD, there is also a code in the CD case (I think on the insert) that you enter on the Photopass website that will enable the CD to be purchased "free" since it's pre-paid. I missed that part when I first did the PhotoPass, but hey no one said I was very bright. :)

Yes, you can book the last day and get FD for up to 14 nights. If you do not see an offer in your welcome packet or your room, just call ext. 8844 from your room phone and ask if one is available.

And if it's not available, can we look at or inquire about another resort?

Thank you thank you thank you for taking the time to answer my questions!!!

Bouncebacks can be used for any resort included in the offer. You do not have to return to the same resort. :thumbsup2

Fridays will always be more crowded because of locals attending. If you are already in MK, you can go to one of the in-park wristband locations to have your ticket scanned. There is usually one in Tomorrowland and one in Adventureland.

:) thank you!

Well its our 3rd day at MK so we will have done most everything at least once. I am thinking a more relaxed approach that night, and just enjoy the park. But I do not want a mob scene at night either. Last mvmcp was so crazy on main street is was not enjoyable.

I figure to stay in the back of the park , maybe a 7PM ADR. Then start in what should be a fairly empty Fantasyland/Liberty square: and move forward.

Now it's y'all's turn to help me. Haha

Here's the deal. I'm planning to book a bounceback and surprise a very special someone with a trip to Disney. This person has survived cancer for the third time, all by the age of 33. This will be a special trip for her as I am taking her as her "I got well" gift.

I'm looking for clues I can give her between now and when I return. Something she won't be able to guess, but will occupy her mind. Clues that could be many different places but will all make sense when I give her a postcard saying "we're going to Disney world".

Any ideas?

I love this type of stuff.
How about putting a stuffed Mickey someplace weird where they might find it. No where usual , like in the laundry. Just a small one, so you can say very innocent. " how the heck did that get in there???"

I think of some more.

I don't want her to actually guess Disney world. And if a clue makes her think that, then another clue that makes her think well maybe not.

How bout a luggage tag? They have all kinds out now with funny saying, different colors, initials, etc. So it wouldn't have to be a Disney tag that would give the secret away. Would just signify "Pack your Bags!"

That sounds good.

She knows there's a trip coming but I keep her confused. Like the other day I said we may need a passport. Referring to the Epcot passport of course. I like to keep her guessing.

The reveal will be a postcard with all the details and dates saying we're going to Disney world. And I'm going to get a pin from city hall with something on it like "survivor" or something like that.

Give her some chopsticks? (To practice for your dinner in "Japan")

How about, every month, take her to a restaurant that would represent each country at Epcot. Then African restaurants for animal kingdom, etc. you should start a thread and document your adventure!
