Free Dining in January?

Hi guys:
My DH needs to travel to Tampa on business in January and I'm trying to sneak in a short Disney vacation. Is there typically FD in January?

For the past couple of years it's been Stay Play and Dine, which would give you a discount on the package with tickets and dining but not a free dining plan. It's not likely to be available for check-ins over marathon weekend and maybe MLK weekend.

Stay Play and dine was offered over marathon weekend last January as we used. It came out to something like 1/2 priced dining but regular room & ticket prices. No free dining though.
