Free Dining in January??

I have friends planning a trip for January 2012 .. please forgive me as I haven't spent much time looking to find the answer for her .. hoping somebody here can fill me in ... historically .. is free dining ever offered in January .. specifically in the last two weeks of January???

This past Jan (2011) there was free dining during some of the month. I do believe towards the end of the month.

Not sure how many years they have ran that promo, I do know this year's seemed to be announced much earlier than recent ones.

The only way to know is stay connected to the boards and watch for the promo. No one knows when or if they will offer it.
