Hi all~
I'm so sorry if this has been answered before...I'm just crunching some numbers and debating if I should change our already booked trip from Oct 31-Nov. 14 to Sep 22-Oct 7.

Q #1: Since we already booked a trip, if I call on Thursday to change my reservation will they do this?

Q #2: The original reservation we paid for dining, if I change my reservation will they credit the amount to our bill?

Thank you everyone :)

We changed our dates the first year free dining was offered. We only adjusted by a few days -- so it wasn't a biggy. Moving from October to a September timeframe is a bigger decision. If your schedule can make it work -- why not??

You Definitely need to call whoever you originally booked with. They should be able to change (or cancel and rebook) if rooms are available. You may not be able to get the same hotel. I have a feeling a lot of rooms will be taken on Thursday.
You will get credited. I'm not 100% sure, but I have heard more than not that your original ressie will be canceled and a new one booked.
Good Luck!

:goodvibes I had a room only ressie for 9/26, but when it came out for Disney Visa I had to rebook, I was not able to get WL (which was my room only) didn't try for any other deluxe, so I switched to CBR. I had a deposit of 650 on mine (hoping for FDDP) all they did was credit my cc and charge 200 deposit on my cc. hope that helps

Do I understand correctly: WL is not available on the free dining promotion for the end of the general public's free dining promotional period?
