FREE Dining Dates for 2012

offers for FD for Jan- March have already expired and nothing new is out yet.

It usually does not start again until late August. I think the announcement generally come out in April or so.

Someone recently posted that they knew someone who had been told by their travel agent that there will be a Free Dining announcement March 1 that may include June I think.....maybe just wishful thinking about the June part, as that is when we are hoping to visit

No current free dining dates for 2012. There may still be some active for guests residing outside the United States. The last US offer with dates through March expired on December 20.

Last year there was free dining in June for check in no later than June 3rd.

I saw this post recently too....Thought I'd replied, but I can't find it anywhere on my list of subscribed threads. I wanted to go back and see if there was anymore information!

If you trip was booked on or before December 17, 2012 then you are. If your trip was booked after December 17, 2012, then you are not as that is when that free dining offer expired.

Don't know how reliable the reservation CM's are but I talked to 3 of them, 2 of which gave the standard response that they don't know about discounts until a day before time. When I was booking my trip I was asking about adding a discount to my reservation should one become available. And she said that from her understanding, there wasn't going to be any discounts released for my dates that would beat the room only offer. My dates are May 21-29.

Well, you certainly have to take anything a CM says over the phone with a grain of salt, but, really, it's highly unlikely they will release anything but a room only discount for those dates. The next FD offer should come out around March or April, and I highly doubt they are going to release any free dining dates for May when that offer comes out.
