Free dining (bounceback)-modifying a reservation

Say there's another bounceback free dining for fall 2009 that I want to book but don't know how many adults and children might be going, can I go ahead and book and call back later on to give the number of party?

Not sure I believe they need to know how many. You can always add them at beginning then take them off. But really don't know. I did my last Sept & ask if I can add & they told me to add them then but things have changed Good luck !
