Free dining bounce back and the DVC

We own at OKW and will be there Sept. 24th. Does the bounceback offer also apply to those staying at the DVC on points?

If your visit this year is on points you can book the bouncback offer for next year but you will not be able to use your points for next year - you would have to pay cash for the reservation.

Bounceback?? So I stayed in SSR and did not get the flyer about the promo ... did anyone get it who stayed there ????

i stayed at ssr - checked out 9/2 and did not see anything about it. I called today to see if there was anything they could do and they said absolutely not

I checked out of the Boardwalk 8/31 and heard nothing either.

We checked out of OKW on 9/02 and had no flyer in our room. I also checked all my receipts from each restaurant and none of them had a special phone number listed on them. We couldn't have taken advantage of the promo anyway because of the dates involved, but it still kind of irks me that the plan was supposedly bookable while we were there but we heard absolutely nothing about it.

I checked out of SSR on Sept 3rd. No promos were given to me, in the room or a restaurant as some were reporting here. I happened to be channel surfing and saw the Goofy Ad on the Resort channel, saying something was cookin', so I called the number from my room phone.

First I just asked the dates, and told them I would call back because I had to talk to hubby about it. I called back a second time the next day to book thinking Aug 30 2008 was the Fri. before Labor Day, but it's Sat. (is next year a leap year???) I'll mention just as an aside right here that both CMs I spoke to were very unfriendly as soon as I asked about the offer and both made sure I knew that if I wasn't staying at a resort when I booked they would check and cancel, blah, blah, blah... Ok, I get it, but you don't have to act nasty about it, sheesh.

Anyway, I didn't book it then, since I didn't have a computer with me to check the school schedule, but I'm going back on Fri. for Night of Joy and Race for the Cure so I get a second chance at it. I found out that my kids have a Mon and Tue off at the end of the free dining dates, and I could check in either Sept. 26 or 27th.

I know there are lots of changes set for next year...Are they still allowing you to get the offer for the whole stay as long as you check in during the promo dates?
