There is three of us two adults and a 15 year old. For the three of us it will be way too much food at some of these restaurants, can we use two ts and share?

We have done free dining twice before. We are a family of 4 - 2 adults and dd15 and dd11. We have always shared at a few places. With our "extra" credits we just added on a few character breakfasts. It worked well for us and unless they "outlaw" sharing on the dining plan, we plan to do it that way again.

We have always shared simply because we find that it is too much food for us which gives us extra credits to use for breakfasts. There is no way I could eat an appetizer, main meal and then dessert and many of the appetizers offered are a meal in itself. No one has ever given us a hard time about sharing...IMO it is better than wasting food.

When you make ADRs now for DDP they tell you that you will need to use 1TS/2TS credits for each person so I expect that at some point they won't allow sharing of credits. Personally for my trip I am planning expecting not to be able to share credits and if we do get to share we'll have an extra TS breakfast the last day if not we'll just cancel it.

I also agree with Yvonne that If they let my 3 yr old share with me(we are paying OOP for some meals) than that is just an added bonus to the DDP.Last year we were able to share and didn't have a problem but I know they cracking down. I would just ask the server before you order and see what they say, just keep in mind that they may/maynot let you. hope this helps out

We are also a family of three, mom and dad and 13 yr old son. We did the dining plan last Nov and thought it was way too much. So we're doing the DDE in June instead. We have PAPs so we can purchase this and get 20% off most table service and a few counter service.
