Free Dining and Florida locals

I was just wondering if there are a lot of locals who book the free dining plan just to get the free food. I mean I know that it would'nt be entirely free since they would have to pay for a room each night, but if you had 2 adults and 2 teenagers, 82 bucks a night I suppose could be cheap to eat at some of these resturants. So I guess it could be considered discounted dining for them. Just a thought.
