! It was opened up to Disney Visa card holders on Friday, I believe. You are also right about the free dining plans offered. The Disney Visa offer (which is likely to be the same as the general public offer expected tomorrow) only gave the quick service dining plan for free to those staying at value resorts. If you stay at a mod or deluxe, you get the "regular" dining plan for free. You can pay the difference between the quick service and regular plans and keep your stay at the value (which might be a bit cheaper, depending on the number of adults and kids in the room). But, I think upgrading to a mod is probably a good decision-- you can upgrade for not too much cash, and get the regular dining plan for free. I'd call early tomorrow morning for the best availability-- and if you get a CM who doesn't know what you're talking about, hang up and call back until you get someone who is aware of the promotion!
