I am doing a Disney Dining Happy dance!
For the first time, I let my AAA travel agent make my ADR's, mostly because of what I have learned here on the Dis. We really really wanted to get a Le Cellier dinner, and she got it for us!
We are mostly eating at old faves, we love the Crystal Palace Breakfasts, doing it twice. She got us first seating both times, which I love! Our other ressies are faves : Whispering Canyon Cafe, 50's Prime Time ( ooohhh that pot roast ),& Chef Mickeys dinner. We will be trying Tutto Italiana and Tony's Town Square for the first time, and are treating ourselves to Shula's out of pocket.
She also got us Cirque de Soleil- front and center seats and our Keys to the Kingdom Tour.
This was KILLING me this a.m.....she wasn't going to be at work until 10:00, and I could've got on the phone right at 7.I was thinking of all those people on the phone while I waited. Bless her, she went in early and tried the new online ressie system @ around 9:15. Maybe the new "tier" system is in place, as I read TA's get second priority second only to DVC members. Don't know, don't care...I got my ressies!!!!
90 days til our vaca, just the 2 of us!!! WooooHOOOO!!!

I booked mine online this morning at 6am. I had to do it twice because an error on the page caused my cart to lose everything

I worked out though and we got everything we were aiming for!

I made my ADR's yesterday and was able to view all of them online.
Today it says they can't be retreived
Am I doing something wrong? I logged in and choose "my vacation" then clicked on dining reservations. Used my resort confirmation number and phone number. Nothing shows up???

Try going here: http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/store/retrieveReservation and pull your reservations up by confirmation number. Use the confirmation #s you got when you made your dining reservations, not your resort confirm #

I called (this was 2 days before the launch of online resies) right at 7AM EST and waited for about 15 mins and got EVERYTHING we wanted.............

I made our Park schedule first based on park hours and EMH THEN worked the ADR's into THAT schedule as we were NOT going to chase ADR's and we wanted to take FULL advantage of every EMH's we could, we will 5 of the 7 Disney park days!!!

CP from 6PM -> 4:50PM, (EMH PM in MK 8-11)
Sci-Fi from 7PM -> 4:20PM (EMH PM in HS 7-10)
Called the Rest directly as DD had nothing fr 7-9 T-Rex from 9:15PM -> 8PM
Added Ohana breakfast on the last day as when calling in they had nothing...

Now I am thinking about changing fr Narcoossee's to Citricos, thoughts???

I booked our trip inside of the 90 day mark and still did amazing with my ADRs. I booked and then promptly figured out a plan for dining. I booked the trip and the ADRs on day 84.

I needed to make 9 ADRs and I got 6 of my 1st choice and 2 of my 2nd choice all in one phone call. The times were all within 10-20 minutes of what I was hoping for. The last one I wanted was a little more difficult. I had to call 5 more times. The first call and the next 3 I was told the same thing, that they had a system issue and they could not book any dinner shows for that specific day. The 4th call they said that day was totally booked for all shows. I called back 2 days later and no problem...which time did I want because everything was available.

Anyway, I consider it to be a total success. I'm still trying for Teppan Edo which was one of the 1st choices that I didn't get. If I don't get it this time it will just go on the list for next time around.

*Upon further investigation, DISers have found out through CMs that there is a private party booked on Sept 28 & 29 for breakfast so I had to switch CRT and CP, the plan was originally 11:30AM on 9/22 for CP and CRT for 8:05AM on 9/29. It was a very stressful few hours when trying to book CRT.

ETA: I would still rather have 8:05AM on 9/22 so I'm going to try and see what I can get on the 90 day mark for that day tonight.

My only thought is about your 'Ohana Breakfast & your scheduled flight time. If you are using Magical Express your time for the bus is usually a few hours before your flight. Are you staying @ the Poly? If not...be sure to allow travel time to and from your resort. Just thinking you might be cutting it close. Have a fun trip!

Scrappin, I thought about that one but I am not sure if we are going to use ME as at arrival I booked a Limo as a suprize and not sure if I am going to use them on the way back or ME, we are staying at CSR and am thinking a Taxi would also work best in getting to the Poly and back.....

Just finished using the online system (got up at 6 am, was finished by 6:30). Here is what we got:

9/28 50s Prime Time Cafe 6:25 (wanted 6:30)
9/29 Chef Mickey's 10:10 AM and WCC 4:00 PM (MNSSHP that night)

10/1 Yak and Yeti 12:30 pm
10/2 Ohana 8:30 pm
10/3 Crystal Palace 8:30 am (wanted closer to 8) and Kona 5:45 pm


The only thing I'm nervous about is Le Cellier on our arrival day. We land at 10:45 and are using ME. I think we should be okay, but if there's bad weather who knows! I didn't want to have anything that early on the arrival day...oh well.

I wasn't too bothered about times etc as I have a fairly relaxed approach to park exploring and have been many, many, MANY times before and don't go at it full throttle. The only ADR I was unable to get was Ohana but I really didn't put much effort into it and only checked one day and then went for Kona instead!!

We got everything we wanted. I think the times are nearly perfect, but the dinner ones are a bit early for my boyfriend's tastes--oh well. He was up before 6am our time and was apparently on the phone for over an hour.

We're going to have to adjust the list and cancel some reservations, though, as he booked Le Cellier 3 times just to be safe. Sci-Fi wasn't on our original schedule so that may be OOP.

Did online ADR's at exactly 6:01 for 3 of my 4 ressies, but Sanaa had to be done on the phone. Called exactly at 7:00am and was on hold for only about 30 seconds. I was lucky enough to get exactly what we wanted, within the time frame we wanted:

10/1 - Cape May Cafe @ 6:50pm
