Yes we've been twice - well worth doing.
We drove there both times - just told the guard we were visiting for the sing along.
You then get an internal bus to the campfire.
Last October we got there really early - just before 7pm and it started at 8pm. Got great seats at the front. Chip and dale came out for photos. A cm did a quiz. About 30 mins before they light the campfires so you can toast marshmallows. They sell smores kits and sticks at the chuck wagon there or take your own. Then a 'cowboy' sings some songs and kids can dance - hokey cokey was one. Chip and dale come around while the singing is on.
