Free AP Offer for under 7

I'm sure that that child needs to be 3 at the time of purchasing the Annual Pass I'm afraid as anyone under 3 does not need a ticket.

This offer has been extended, certainly until March 09.

To get the best out of this deal, you should pay for your adult AP at either the ticket office or Guest Services at the park gates (I would recommend Guest Services, as they are more aware of the AP offers). At Guest Services, you need to tell them you are applying for the free childs AP offer at the same time. You will pay for the AP, and get tickets and a receipt. The tickets get you and your child into the parks. Sometime during that day, you go to the AP office in the main park, with your child, tickets and receipt. You will be given your photo ID laminated permanent AP's there.

I have seen one member of this board say that they did get one free AP for their under-3 year old using this offer. However, I've also seen other members here say that they tried to do this, and were refused, as the child was not yet 3 years old.
There is some logic to the refusal IMO, as an under-3 year old doesn't need a park ticket anyway :confused3 .

Hope this helps,

Thanks so much for the replies. I'm so excited this offer has been extended. It will make a big difference for us! I understand that my 2 year old technically doesn't need a pass, but she will need one prior to our APs expiring. So, it would be nice if I didn't have to pay for it until next year.
