I'm glad to hear all your success stories with combining balances. I combined mine into five different $105 cards and One big $585 card I'll turn in to the hotel desk when I check in. They'll put it on my KTTW card. The five $105 cards go to my wife, who'll use them to budget her souvenir spending over the 8 night trip.

18 days. Can't wait.

I finished using my $400 in HEB gift cards yesterday. That was quick, about 4 weeks. But the $1,200 in Disney cards will go even more quickly when I get to the World in about 11 days. It's already down to $1,110 due to using some on a PhotoPass CD pre-order.

Still feel blessed to run across this deal. Helped a lot.

Just got back from 8 nights in the World. Those $1200 in Disney cards went fast. Could have bought $1800 and used them. Thanks to HEB for this great deal.

I've been watching the Gift Card area at H-E-B, and still no coupons pertaining to Disney Gift Cards. I'm hoping they bring back the coupons for December like they did last year.

However, I am noticing that on almost all the $5 off Gift Card coupons this year, they are printing a ($50 minimum) disclaimer on them. See this thread for example: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2715279. I don't know if that same disclaimer was on coupons last year before the Disney one.

That would stink if the same is done to the Disney cards. Fingers crossed for December.
