Francilien AP question(s)

I know this has probably been asked a bunch of times but I want to make sure I'm 100% clear. Tell me if my example makes sense: I take an overnight flight from the US to FR arriving on Saturday morning. I go straight to DLP and buy my Francilien passes for my family and then leave and head into Paris (or possibly Brugge not that it matters) to enjoy the city on Sunday and Monday. Tuesday I'm ready to go back to DLP and my pass is now ready to go (barring any Blackout days), correct? Question 2: As I understand it you need to buy a 1-day pass and head into the park to go to the Annual Pass office to get my pass validated. Using my above example I would need to do this on Saturday correct? Also can I hang around the park on this Saturday or do you need to validate your AP and leave immediately? The 1-day ticket is deducted from the cost of the AP too right?

Your example is absolutely correct .

However, you don't need to buy a one-day pass to be able to get an AP - you can pay for your AP in full at Guest Services, which is an office at the entrance to the parks. They give you your receipt and a park ticket. You take both of these to the AP office in the park the same day, and it gets changed to your permanent photo ID AP.

On Saturday, once you have your AP, you can spend all day Saturday in both parks (I'd advise visiting both, as that will ensure that your AP is validated that day, by inserting it in a turnstile for entry).

You could buy your AP from Guest Relations (although I had a problem with them on my last trip that I won't go back into ) and then exchange if for the photo one inside the park!
