Framed pin set

I am new here, so I hope I am doing this right. Has anyone ever seen the framed pin set that spells out Walt Disney World, (in various rides and attractions) available for purchase outside of the park???

No, only in the parks have I seen sets like that. If you're looking for one you can call the merchandise number and see how much it would be for them to ship it to you.
