FPs all gone for Epcot character meet?

I feel like maybe FP+ is being weird, but there are no more FPs available for the Epcot character meet this Saturday. Does that seem odd?

Depends on character popularity and time of year - a week prior I would say many have their plans - I.e, park days, FP, ADRs already selected. So IMO not that odd

Same thing happened to us last week-changed our plans and initially couldn't get epcot character spot but could get soarin for 5 no problem lol
Keep checking I wound up getting FP for all 5 just had to do 2-1-2 with overlapping times

Weird -- never would have thought it's be harder to get than Soarin'! I actually have a time already and just wanted to change it, but I guess I'll just have to keep it!

I don't think it's odd. Crowd level of 9 this weekend, and with the tiers at Epcot, that is what I'd pick for my 3rd FP+. The dibb also shows it as unavailable.

Indeed, its going to be fun watching us transition from one of the best times of year to go (the first couple weeks of May) where people praise FP+ because they got to do lots and things were walk ons and it was awesome, to quite quickly much busier times of year, where that stuff stops happening for the vast majority of people, and FP+s book much more solidly much more quickly, and much more certainly in the few days before peoples trips and during peoples trips.

Funny you say that -- I was just there with DS for our special trip the first few days of May, and now DH is taking DD for her special trip this Thurs-Mon. Guess I got the better time slot!

Absolutely. Josh (of easyWDW) tweeted at 10:19am on Monday that the only FP's available for a party of two or more at Epcot were Nemo and Turtle Talk. It's pretty bad when Figment FP's are gone only a little over an hour after park open.

I was there May 19/20 and asked about FP. They apparently do not have many slots, so they get taken quickly. The wait was 15 minutes, but I thought after I used my last FP for Soaring at 2:00, that we might get a FP for the meet & greet. No chance. Really surprised me.

Yeah, that one is a tough one to get. I think because it's one of the better ones in Tier 2 and probably low-capacity.

We went to Epcot on 5/25 and it was super busy. I checked fast passes at 9am when the park opened and there was nothing for Soarin, Disney Pals or Test Track.

I couldn't get one for last Saturday on Friday. That said, at 9:30 am there was a 5 minute wait. Good luck!

I think it's odd. Not sure I've seen that one disappear so early before.
