FP+ With admission to Very Merry Christmas

I have a question for all you experts out there. I know that there is no FP+ during the Christmas party. However, I have been told we can enter at 4PM prior. I am able to make FP+ reservations for between 4:30 and 6:30. However, I have a weekday select annual pass and the party I"m attending is on a Sunday. I purchased a hard ticket for the event but was wondering if once I"m admitted early my Magic Band will gain me access to my FP+ reservations even if my annual pass is not valid for that day. Hope that makes sense.

I perhaps should have added I am staying on property and will be checked into the Yacht Club for that night. But I don't think that affects much.

Yes, I have 3 FP+ reservations for the day of our Christmas party and no additional park ticket for that day. I had to get creative on times but fit 3 in before 6:30.

AWESOME! I'm a bit of a newbie. Used to go to Disney all the time but haven't been in 13 years. I was able to book the FP+ just wasn't sure if they would be accepted off my magic band without another park admin besides the party.

We have done the same for the Dec 4 party, and our times are 3:30-4:30, 4:30-5:30 and 5:30-6:30. It took some work but if you can get them on the ":30's" you can get 3.


We have a one day park hopper ticket for the next day.

You are able to make FPs with just your MVMCP ticket.

As long as everything is linked in MDE you will be fine. We purchased hard tickets for a MVMCP last week and had the fast passes booked in MDE because we have No-expiration tickets in there. We had to use our NE hard cards when in the fast pass lines. And as someone else said, you need your fast passes to be 3:30-4:30, 4:30-5;30, and 5:30 to 6:30.

Be forewarned that last week the Peter Pan line NEVER went under 30 minutes, even during the party. Same for 7DMT. OTOH BTMR and Splash were walk on all night. Had I known that I would have chosen a Peter Pan fast pass because I had that option and figured the line would be short (it has always been walk-on at other Christmas Parties).

I went to last Thursday night's party. Most of the rides including Peter Pan were walkons after the fireworks but before the second parade, except 7 dwarfs mine train. My big mistake was getting on the Pirates ride, just before the second parade. I was stuck on the ride for 45 minutes. We didn't get out of the ride area until after 11 pm. Yes, we got a free fastpass, but it was my last time in the parks until next May.
