My FP+ 60 day booking window should be opening tonight at midnight. We are staying on site in Feb. I was just playing around and it lets me choose now for dates from today until 30 days from now. Is this because my check in date hasn't kicked in? I bought my tickets from UT and they linked as far as I can tell, meaning they show up in my reservation. If there is a problem I'd like to resolve it now before I lose the FP's I may want!

It will kick in at midnight or 1:00am, whenever the system opens.

That part I get. But I am confused as to why it would allow me to choose a FP for tomorrow or any day from now through the next 30 days if my window hasn't opened? Any day past Jan 15 is "locked" but up until then if I wanted to go tomorrow I can choose an attraction and book FP?

Since its 30 days out, that's what people who are not staying onsite get to book. The system assumes you are not staying onsite. Your hotel reservation will kick in at midnight and the 60 days out will be unlocked.

its because you already bought your tickets.
when the 60 day FP+ window opens it will automatically change so that you can make fastpass selections for your trip dates.

Thanks all! I get it now...Last year we booked so close to our trip that none of this 60 day stuff mattered. Now, like many of you I get to anticipate the clock striking midnight at the 60 day mark.

I had the exact same experience, and if your window opens tonight, we're going at the same time. Over the weekend, I could book FP+ for any day through the middle of January, and then last night I logged on at midnight, and the 60 day window was open and I could book for my entire trip, and I was able to book everything I wanted (including TSM on 2 days, and 7DMT on 3 separate days). Lots of slots available, so you should be in good shape!

Good to know.

Last time I booked 60 day's out the calendar highlighted the days of hotel reservation whenever I looked so I was a little nervous I couldn't "see" my 60 days out.

Thanks again! I was able to get our priorities booked and didn't do it until this morning. Now I just have to finagle some times around if we so choose, but the biggies we wanted are FP'd!
