FP Tier List for Each Park?

Where can I find a list of Fast Pass choices for each park? I'm coming up on my window to start choosing my fast pass choices and would like to start toying around with a plan. Do all of the parks have level A and B (choose one from list A and two from B) type systems or is it just Epcot and HS? Thanks so much!
