FP suggestions for non thrill riders

My husband and I will be going on our first kid-free WDW trip in Mid July. We are not crazy about riding any of the bigger coasters (7DMT is fine but that’s about as thrilling as I care for lol). We love soarin. Haven’t been to WDW since FOP or Slinky Dog opened so I’m not sure on those.

Since we aren’t big thrill riders, what rides would you suggest for our fast passes in each park?

I would try SDD at HS - its similar in intensity to 7DMT but way more fun. Its a happy ride. I also think you should try for FoP. If you like Soaring you will like FoP. So I would say since you aren't a thrill seeker:

HS - SDD, Star tours and one of the shows
AK - FoP, Safari and FotLK
EP - Soarin, LwtL, Spaceship Earth
MK - Buzz, BTMRR, 7DMT

The longest lines and hardest to get FPs are:

1. Slinky Dog: Slinky is no more wild than Mine Train.
2. FOP: Thrilling like Soaring
3. Mine Train

These are easier to get, but still a challenge

Frozen: A boat ride
Na'vi river Journey: A boat ride
Peter Pan: Not boat ride, even though you ride in a boat

How thrilling is BTMRR? I haven’t ridden that one yet.

BTMRR is slightly more intense than Slinky and 7DMT, but less intense than Space Mountain (likely because you can see where you are going).

The only coaster I have been on at Disney I would consider intense at all is the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster.
