If you are getting a fast pass for something very popular like Anna and Elsa or the Mine Train I would recommend doing a screenshot. I lost my fast pass using the app and after 3 phone calls to I.T., they finally agreed to reinstate it because I was able to show that it I had it reserved. Better safe than sorry.
Reserving the FP+ was a breeze & it only took 30 minutes because I went back and tweeked the times for everything. I could have been done in less than 15 minutes, probably. Good think we weren't looking for Anna & Elsa FP+ because they were all gone at 1:00 a.m. Everything is on MDE & I printed out a copy there. I'll get the app later.
