Last year when I wanted to practice making FP+ reservations before my 60 day window opened I could open up the FP+ webpage and practice on dates that were 30 days out, I just didn't reserve anything. Now it says that I don't have valid theme park admission, although my tickets are part of a package and linked to my account on MYW. Will it work when my 60 day window opens up or should I give guest services a call? TIA!

Because you purchased a "package," you must wait until your 60-day window opens. No need to call IT because it is how the system deals with Packaged tickets.

As the tickets are part of a package, you can't practice FP+, but everything will work fine once the 60-day window opens.
