FP / MDE account question

I linked tickets to my MDE account for both of my daughters. One daughter has her own MDE account and the other does not. Now that we can make FP reservations it is not allowing my daughter with her own account to make one. Does she need to enter our resort reservation number on her MDE account to use this? I have her listed on our ressie but it shows up as a generic Mickey head on my MDE and then it also shows up with her account too. I don't want to wait until we got Disney in March to make her FP ressies because they will be different from ours. Today is the first day that we can make them.

We had problems with my husband's MDE account and had to call Disney to fix it. I'm not sure exactly what the issue was, but when he would log in it welcomed ME even though I had my own account all set up. Once I got someone on the phohe, it didn't take very long!

I'm new to the MDE too, but if you go to friends & family under MDE are they listed? There should be an option to invite them to share in your planning.

If they aren't listed there, add them. If they are, then there should be an option to invite them. Use the email associated with that person's (your daughter) MDE account.

When they get their invite, their MDE account should have a notification to accept it (if you hover over the "my disney experience" at the top, I believe it shows notifications in the drop down.

Thanks. It turned out the problem wasn't her account. It was loading her ticket. For some reason it didn't load/link properly. Everything is fixed now. Phew! Made FP + and customized MB today too!
