FP in Disney Hollywood Studios for November 18-24

I am confused about the 3rd tier fp.

I understand I can pick one head liner from Group A. I can pick one from Group B. Where do I pick the 3rd fp from?
Can I pick from Group A for a later time? I seem to be able to on Touring plans for those dates.?!?

There is no Tier 3.

When you have used those, you can book one more at a time from any tier, subject to availability.

Hollywood Studios is a tough ine because so many great attractions that are tier one. we are arriving on 18th and i wanted to do HS on 18th but i changed it to saturday.. Just a heads up for tomorrow morning. we are club kevel and purchased extra fastpasses which i just booked through DSS today because it was a spur of the moment decision to go to WDW and club was. about all that was left at a discount. The Slinky Dog Dash Fast pass was not available except late in the day on Saturday the 23rd. so you may want to keep that in mind when decidiing which tier one fast pass to get. in the past have always had the most luck with being the first to arrive at rope drop and scheduling a tier one fast pass for an hour or so after opening or earliest available. another fastpass issue is they can only be scheduled an hour apart. I have not visited WDW since 2015 and the fastpass system seems a little bit too restricted. i miss the days when u could just show up snd get fastpasses as you needed them one at a time.

And we are so hoping it does before our March trip! It was okay in September because of the 6am EEMH, but it the park opens at 9, you can only really rope drop one on Tier 1 or Smuggler's Run, then ONE FP!!?? I hope after RotR opens in December to see some changes then-
