I see people posting questions about FPs during the party. If you have tickets for the party and go to the park during regular hours, can you book 3 FPs during regular hours and additional FPs during the party?

No, sorry. There aren’t FPs during parties anyway, most MNSSHP FP discussion involves FPs in the few hours before the party using party tickets..
