FP+ first timer. About to book, got another question - window showing 30 days out for onsite stay.

My 60 days hits on August 20th. We finally got our tickets bought and squared away. Now that my tickets are linked, I am able to go into the FP+ section of MDE and see our names and the FP+ calendar.

Currently it would let me book from today until September 16th (30 days). Will it automatically open for another 30 days (totaling the 60 days) when the 20th gets here? I have a resort stay booked and showing in my MDE account for October 19th and while I know I can't book FP+ today, I would figure it would at least show a 60 day window instead of a 30 day window. Is this normal? Makes me think that since its allowing me to book FP+ for today and the next 30 days that my tickets aren't linked to my resort stay or something? It was not booked as a package. Resort was booked a few months ago, tickets bought last night.

Also, do we book FP+ at midnight EST or is it at 6am like with ADR's?

TIA

Yes, that's normal.

Since you don't have a resort stay booked within the next 60 days, you are only eligible to make fastpasses for the next 30 days. That will change once you are within your 60 day window.

You book your fastpasses at midnight, eastern time (which for the next couple of months is EDT, not EST.)
