We have a trip coming up Jan 30-Feb 6 so my FP+ window would open Nov. 30.
Our APs expire Jan. 15 so I can't renew until Dec. 15. Does that mean I'll be out of luck trying to book FP+ at 60 days since we won't have a valid ticket for that period?

Unfortunately, yes, you need active ticket media to book FPs

I remember in the past being able to book for linked family whose FP window hadn't opened yet, but will I be able to do that in this situation at 60 days for our AP family members? Anyone have experience with this?

What happens if have 3 FP's for one park, and one expires, can you book a FP at another park or need to use the other 2 first and once tap first Mickey on the last FP then get a FP for another park?

What if you only need 2 FP's for one park and 1 for another park. But you can't make FP's for first park till later in the day and don't want to lose the chance to get the 1 for the other park since waiting so late in the day?

You have to actually use a FP in Park#1 before you can book for Park#2.

The FP system has to know you are in a park before you can book for Park#2.

Yes. If you’re in the park at park open, this will work:
9:00 TT
10:00 Spaceship Earth
11:00 Mission Space

Ride TT, move up Spaceship Earth and tap your MBs at the FP touchpoint, immediately move up Mission Space, scan and look for Soarin’.

For park hopping, can I hold two Tier 1 FP's, each at a different park.

For example, I am at Animal Kingdom in the morning. I use a tier 2 FP for Expedition Everest, but I am still holding a Flights of Passage FP for later in the morning. Can I reserve a Soarin' FP right away or do I need to use the Flights of Passage FP first?

You are able to hold a Tier 1 in each park. As soon as the FP system knows you’ve used a FP, you can book a FP for any Tier in Park#2.

To add to this, if your first (and only) FP is a tier 1, once you check in you can actually book a tier 1 in park 2 AND a tier 1 in park 3.

I did review page one and still have a question. So...if I have booked three FP's in Park 1, use the Tier 1 FP but still haven't used the other 2 tier 2's, I can book another Tier 1 at a different park, or additional tier 2's? Not sure if I have to cancel the other tier 2's or let them expire before booking anything else at another park. I do know I have to tap in to that first park first before anything else, I'm just still confused about holding 2 unused tier 2's and booking at another park. Thanks.

No. You can only have a total of 3 Pre-Booked FPs. If you have booked 3 FPs before you ever reach Park#1, you can’t book for Park#2 unless you use all 3 FPs, or, use 1 and Cancel 2, or Cancel all 3.

You can never have more than 3 “initial” FPs.

So, i could book a tier one at Ak, use it, then book a tier one at another park, or just tier 2’s? Sorry, I thought I understood this system but am confused for PH.
