FP Exchange Card AND Upgrade?

I'm pretty sure I already know the answer. If I use my GAD Voucher to get the PastPass Exchange Card, can I ALSO use the voucher toward the purchase of a new multi-day ticket?

This would be like using the voucher/card twice, so I bet the answer is no.

No sorry. You can either use it for the free ticket (to upgrade if you'd like) or IF you already have a multi-day ticket in hand, you can get the FP option.
