My 60 day window was the same day that both F&W events I wanted to do got released. 
Slightly terrifying, but I got pretty much everything I wanted. Had to make a few tweaks for time, but I got pretty close to the times and activities I wanted for each day. Also booked my F&W events:
Behind the Scenes at Trader Sam's Grog Grotto - never been and super excited about this one!
Italian Food, Wine vs. Beer Pairing - so excited, haven't been to this restaurant either since both this and Trader Sam's opened after our last visit.
Also doing a beer tasting in Epcot on a separate day.
So stoked for F&W! 60 days!!
