Well, Reuters (and everyone else for that matter) decide what to report on and what not to. So, in some ways, yes that are making "biased" decisions. Let's take Iraq for example. How many reports of "good news" have we seen vs. reports of violence, uprisigns, etc? Or take the prison scandal. Look at the amount of coverage that go vs, say the Nick Berg beheading, or even the coverage of the tapes we have of Saddam's torture chambers. Why aren't we seeing pictures of that? Is that no news because everyone knew he was doing it? Look at HOW the reporting of the economy is done. It's not done in a way that shows how it's benefiting people.
