Four times a year

Four times a year on this site we go through the same thing. Someone will ask if they got their "Vacation Magaic" everyone will say no, a few days later there will be a post that someone got their VM and others will state they haven't got theirs yet. This will go on for about two weeks with people reporting they got theirs and finally it will stop for about 4 months then the process will start all over again. The VM is never delivered the same day or even the same week. Be patient, don't panic, you should have yours very soon.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but with 12 months in a year, if it stops for about 4 months and then starts over again, how do you get it four times a year?

Is there something that is bothering you that this process goes on - I actually like hearing about the mail service inconsistencies of DVC and the post - reminds us that we are all human after all

I do like to hear at least the first post that something has been sent so I can be on the lookout for it. I have received every DVC e-mail but I haven't gotten the Member Clubhouse mentioned yesterday. If it weren't for folks making at least the initiial announcement I wouldn't know when something was missing.

I enjoy the mail threads. I like to watch for when things start to arrive in my area. And unless someone starts a thread to complain about it, there are usually only about 8 threads a year...

The reason for all of this is that it is a periodical and is mailed by that rate. Your PO has no guarantee to deliver in a timely manner, or even deliver at all! Blame the PO, not DVC.

Are you on AOL? Do you check your spam folder? I check it a couple times a week and find that AOL puts good mail in there. My National Car Rental and USAir confirmations were in there last week, they filtered them as spam. To get to it, go into www.aol.com and check your mail from there. When your mailbox comes up, there is a spam folder prompt on the bottom. I did get my member clubhouse though with my regular mail.
