When someone asks advice for comfortable WDW shoes I usually recommend Crocs or Teva Mush flip flops, but I've finally found some I like better. I just got back from WDW May 13th. Before I left I bought some Montrail Molokini flip flops from Zappos.com. I bought the oyster/brick color. Oh my Lord, I never knew shoes could be so comfortable. I can't believe I paid $55.00 for a pair of flip flops, but have decided they are definitely worth it. When you get these babies, you actually bake them in a 250 degree oven for a few minutes, then stand in them for a few minutes, then walk around in them (no kidding, they are baked, then form to your feet). The footbed of the shoe forms perfectly to the sole of your foot (even my individiual toe prints were embedded into them). They have fantastic arch support and a heel cup that just softly cradles your heel. You feel like you are walking on pillows with arch support
. They have great tread on the bottom, so you don't have to worry about them getting slippery on wet surfaces. The only thing I don't like about them is that the area between the toe thingy and the end of the shoe is a little long, but I guess it's to keep your toes from getting stubbed. Even though I had doubts at first, I fell in love with them this trip and will definitely be buying more. Check them out and read the reviews on Zappos.
