Just back from a week-long WDW trip, and wanted to share some info. I had excellent luck with the following products:

Skechers Memory Foam Sneakers: These things are amazing! It's like walking on marshmallows. I have lots of foot problems, and have never found what I consider the "perfect" shoe. I didn't have one bit of foot pain with these, and I didn't even use Bodyglide or Moleskin once. I didn't even have time to formally "break in" these shoes before my trip (I know, that's a rookie mistake!) but didn't have a bit of trouble. This is the type of shoe that I bought: Women's Synergy A-Lister. http://www.skechers.com/style/11792/synergy-a-lister/lghp

Baggallini Messenger Bagg: Once again, this bag worked great for me! When I bought it I was worried that it would be too small. But it held a surprising amount of stuff, and had outside pockets for my water bottle and my cell phone. The bag had lots of pockets and dividers to help keep my stuff organized. I used it almost every day of my trip; the only time I didn't use it was one day when we were expecting a big drop in temperature, and i used a backpack that day so I would have a place to carry a jacket. Love this bag! http://www.baggallini.com/product/Messenger-Bagg/Baggallini-Crossbody-Bags

How much does the Baggallinni bag hold? I strongly considered it, bought a different cross body bag, hated it and used my dd's backpack.

I bought the same bag in bright green for our last trip and I LOVED it! I fit several diapers, a travel baby wipe container, extra outfit for baby, some small snacks, cellphone, camera, napkins, sunglasses, bottle of water and other small items my kids handed me throughout our days in the park.

I found mine at Ross (which is like TJ Maxx or Marshalls) for $24.99. Can't wait to bring it again on our next WDW visit.

It holds a surprising amount! When I bought it, I felt like it seemed quite small (possibly too small!). But it easily fit my day-to-day park gear with room to spare. That included my sunglasses, wallet, extra bottle of water, sunscreen, reading glasses, "emergency"" poncho, etc. I was even able to fold up my lightweight fleece pullover and stuff it in there.

I think that it helps to have the water bottle pocket and cell phone pocket on the outside. That frees up the interior space in the bag. Plus, since you use your water bottle and cell phone a lot, you don't have to dig for them.

Thanks for the info. I probably should have pulled the trigger on buying one of those. :( Next time!:thumbsup2

I almost bought these shoes last week! Thanks for the endorsement...I'm going back for them for sure now. Maybe in more than one color ;)

I love the messenger bag! Perfect in size and strength, and it looks nice!

That has been my park bag for 7 years. It is a GREAT bag. Welcome to the baggalini club :)

How are the arches in the Sketchers?

Also, I got my baggalini years ago. It's still awesome. :goodvibes

I love my Baggallini! It often held my wallet, cell, water bottle, pin lanyard, external cell charger (a little smaller than a Snickers bar), gum, a couple small snacks, and usually a pair of flip flops or flats in case my shoes I was wearing started hurting too much. I usually had room to stuff a few smaller purchases in my bag too.

One thing...my Baggallini always rubs against my shirt right where the strap joins the main material of the bag. It causes bad pilling on the shirts where it rubs. Does anyone else have that issue? So weird, especially after having it for a few years and it still does it!

I just checked the arch support in the shoes. There is no specific arch support, but there's a nice thick layer of memory foam that feels very supportive. I have very high arches in my feet and thought they felt fine.

I was so surprised how comfortable they were right out of the box. I have problem feet (have had heel surgery on both feet in the last five years) and have lots of trouble finding shoes that work for me. I can't say enough good things about these shoes!

Plus, they're cute!
