Found my engagement ring! Update he has the ring!

I have been a lurker on this board for a while, me and my boyfriend have been planning our WDW wedding for December 2010 or 2011 - depending on budgets and dollar exchange rate!

I am quite fussy with rings (I don't tend to wear them) ao it has taken us a while to me find "my ring". We found it over Christmas in Ernest Jones (a UK shop), however they are are out of stock for my ring size online and in my local stores (we have tried 3!)

However, my lovely boyfriend went to the branch next to his work in Durham and a lovely sales assistant has found us one and is getting it transfered up to Durham. She said there are hardly any left in the UK so fingers crossed I have good taste

The quality of the image isnt too good but I saw it for myself in the Newcastle store a couple of weeks ago and its very pretty up close

He is collecting it next week, and then I have to wait for my proposal! I hope I don't have to wait too long - he says he some organising to do before he asks me

A quick update Henry my boyfriend now has the ring in his possession and it is hidden in our house somewhere!

I wasnt meant to know but he is such a bad liar and can't hide anything and he was acting really weird!

Got to wait now and see when he is going ask me the big question

Torsie- your ring is very similar to mine! i was thinking to get a matching wedding band with just diamonds like in that picture link you posted, although i like the traditional plain band. i love my engagement ring- i dropped quite a few hints saying that i would like it to be square or set in a square and Wayne chose a lovely ring, and i think its perfect!

I love all kinds of diamonds that are square cut or are set in a square!

I just love diamonds and rings!

haha, I tried on a diamond wedding band when we paid for mine last week. Looking stunning with it so I think that's what i'll get.
